What we ask for: your first name, your email, and, when you buy, your birthday and whether you were born after sunset. For a gift, the name, birthday and email of the person receiving it.
Why: to make your Name Card and your reveal, to send them to you, and to email you about My Shem. You can stop our emails at any time with one click.
Payments: handled by our payment company. We never see or keep your card number.
We never sell your information. We only share it with the services that help us run My Shem (payments, email and hosting), and only what they need.
Messages on Instagram and other apps: if you message us or comment, our automatic assistant may answer you, and it will say that it’s automatic. You can ask for a person at any time.
Your choice: write to us and we’ll show you what we keep about you, fix it, or delete it.
